Is the FAQ content really free forever?
Yes. Every FAQ answer, HowTo guide, and plugin listing is freely readable by everyone — registered or not. Supporter plans are about experience improvements (no ads, early access), not content gating.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). No PayPal at this time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled from your Account page at any time — you retain Supporter access until the end of your paid period. Annual plans are non-refundable but cancel before renewal.
What does "early guide access" mean?
When a new HowTo guide is published, Supporters can read it immediately. Free members see it 24 hours later. This is a small thank-you for supporting the site.
I'm a plugin author — how do I get a featured listing?
Featured plugin listings are a separate paid product for the Plugin Directory — not related to Supporter membership. Contact us to discuss pricing and availability.
