Submit a FAQ
Help the osTicket community by submitting a question and its answer. All submissions are reviewed by the osFAQ.org editorial team before publishing. Please include the osTicket version and PHP version where relevant.
Submission Guidelines
- Phrase the question as a complete sentence ending in a question mark.
- The answer should be the working solution, not a troubleshooting conversation.
- Include the osTicket version the answer was tested on.
- Link to the original forum thread if available — attribution is important.
- Do not submit copyrighted code. Plain-language explanations and configuration examples are fine.
- Submissions that are spam, off-topic, or promotional will be declined.
