After submitting a reply, how do I make osTicket return to the ticket list instead of staying on the ticket?

osTicket: 1.18.2 Checked:

In the Agent Panel, go to your Profile (top right) > Preferences > Reply Redirect and change the setting to redirect to the ticket list after posting a reply. This is a per-agent setting.
