After submitting a reply, osTicket stays on the ticket page. In old versions (v1.9.x) it returned to the ticket list. How do I change this?
Go to your Agent Profile > Preferences > Reply Redirect and set the desired redirect behavior after posting a reply. Each agent can set this individually. Documentation: https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/Agent/Dashboard/MyProfile.html
