All popup windows are blank after upgrading from v1.9.8.1. Browser console shows 404 errors for AJAX endpoints.
The issue is NGINX -- it does not support osTicket's URL rewriting rules out of the box. Switching to Apache resolved the blank popups entirely. If NGINX must be used, manually configure the required rewrite/location blocks (see the archived NGINX recipe for osTicket).
