First, check IIS URL Rewrite module for the 'api' rewrite rule in the site configuration -- it must be present. Then check all available logs (IIS, PHP, osTicket System Logs, browser console). Also: PHP 8.5 is not a supported version; downgrade to PHP 8.2-8.4 (8.4 recommended) and retest.
